Value-added program strengthens customer relationships
United Concordia Dental introduced the College Tuition Benefit® (CTB) program in 2019 to help make college tuition more affordable for the families of members, dentists, producers, clients, and employees. The program is a cost-free addition to employee benefit packages.
CTB features Tuition Rewards that help offset the cost of sending a family member to one of more than 400 participating private colleges and universities. United Concordia Dental partnered with SAGE Scholars, which administers the program.

More than 270 producers and over 1,200 contracted dentists signed up for the program. Customers are including CTB as a value-added enhancement to their employee benefits offerings.
