PITTSBURGH (April 30, 2024) — Highmark Inc. today announced S&P Global Ratings recently affirmed its ‘A’ long-term financial strength and issuer credit ratings for the organization. The outlook remains stable. This rating applies to Highmark Inc. and the organization’s subsidiaries United Concordia Dental and HM Insurance Group.
According to S&P Global Ratings, the stable outlook reflects the agency’s expectation that Highmark will maintain its leading commercial market positions and profitability in line with similarly rated peers.
