Kids get vision care through Horizon BCBS partnership
In January, Davis Vision began a new partnership with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of New Jersey. Horizon BCBS services more than 50 group customers and sponsors a pediatric vision care program in the state of New Jersey. Through the new partnership, Davis will provide managed vision care to more than 85,000 Horizon BCBS members, including Horizon's own employees. Approximately 68,000 of those members are pediatric, eligible for eye care services annually that can make a world of difference in effective learning.
